I added a live demo site to allow for testing. It can be accessed at calendar.a5customsolutions.com This site is hosted on a low end, cheap, VPS with one gig of ram. The A5 application server is using the latest, or close to latest, release version. You are welcome to experiment with the various calendars. The calendar tables will be overwritten as needed.

• Improved installer scripts. The install scripts now automatically find your machine's live preview folder and User Defined Components locations and install the needed files so you can test and use the new version without having to copy any files.

Calendar Table mapping - Support for mapping of your table column names to the calendar. Columns can be any name or order, as long as the first is the ID and is auto-incrementing. Read only calendars - Any calendar groupids that are listed in the ReadOnlyCalendars property will load as read only events. This allows a user to view others events without the ability to change them.  http://screencast.com/t/zIr8wFIa

Property sheet for all the settings is now included for A5 V11 users that install as a User Defined Component.
